FAQS

What is advanced neural retraining and how does it work?

Advanced neural retraining methods, like the MAP Method, utilize the subconscious mind's own ability to heal itself. The practitioner is there to offer instructions to your subconscious, help you to identify your patterns, and to get the most from each session. Your subconscious mind is in charge of the session and will set the pace. Sessions can be done one-on-one or through recordings, as in a program. For quicker results it's recommended to do a few live sessions over Zoom, alongside a program, such as the Thyroid Stress-Reduction Solution. Live sessions are tailored to your unique needs, while the program sessions are structured to address common themes related to your chronic condition.

How long does the typical neural retraining process take?

The duration can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few live sessions focused on a specific issue, like anxiety, while others may engage in longer program to achieve more substantial transformations. Typically, for chronic health issues such as thyroid function, the process takes several months.

What makes this Mindbody approach different?

Our mindbody approach is gentle and easy to engage with. All you need to be able to do is focus on the subject of the session, close your eyes, relax, and observe what comes up in your mind. Yes, it's that easy!

This is not hypnosis, tapping, EMDR, NLP or TAT. It's more advanced than those other methods, therefore is not based on endless repetitions of repeating scripts and affirmations, like basic methods. It is a meditative process and a trauma respectful process, in that trauma emotions and associated programming can be quickly and gently rewired. And your brain is healing itself in every session!

How can I try a MAP session?

You can experience a MAP session by joining our Facebook group where you will find announcements of upcoming group Introductory MAP sessions. You can also sign up for a private session, or an Introductory package of 3 sessions by scheduling online.
